What size should I choose?

Here's our size chart! The difference between each size is about half an inch to a full inch. 😊

Can we buy the bikini tops & bottoms separately?

We currently offer separates for our older collections only. Check them out here!

We might introduce separates for newer collections in the future! Stay updated by subscribing to our mailing list so you don’t miss any announcements. 😊

What sizes do you offer?

Our bikinis come in a range of sizes (S-XL), but availability may vary by style.

Are your tops padded?

Our triangle tops come with removable padding for added flexibility. However, our camisole and underwire tops are not padded.

Are your bikinis locally made?

We’re in the process of switching to 100% locally made bikinis! 🇵🇭 This means sustainable production, and supporting local artisans. Stay tuned for our upcoming collection!

How do I care for my bikini?

To care for your ellá bikini:

💦 Handwash with cold water

🌿 Use mild soap (no bleach or harsh detergents!)

☀️ Lay flat to dry 

🚫 Avoid wringing or twisting to maintain its shape

🚫 Do not dry clean and tumble dry

deliveries & returns

Do you offer same-day deliveries?

Yes! We can arrange same-day delivery as long as the customer covers the express fee of Php 300. This service is only available for customers within Metro Manila.Note: Pick-up window is from 11 AM to 5 PM (Mondays-Fridays).To request same-day delivery, contact us via Instagram @ellathelabel

What is your delivery lead time?

🚚NCR & GMA: 2-3 business days
📦Provincial Areas: 7-10 business days

We use third-party couriers, like Gogo Express or Lalamove.

Can I return my item?

We’re happy to offer exchanges or store credit for unused items. Please note that exchanges are subject to our review. You can have your item exchanged within 7 calendar days (with the tag and hygiene sticker still attached) from the date of purchase. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping fee of the returned items and we do not offer refunds.

Upon our team's approval, you will be presented with three options:

  1. Exchange for a different size
  2. Receive store credit
  3. Swap for a different bikini 

In cases of damaged goods upon receipt, please contact us immediately at ellathelabelph@gmail.com. We are not responsible for customer returns that are damaged or lost in transit.
